• Jarvis Inc is headquartered in Tulsa, OK. We have conducted business throughout the United States as well as several foreign countries. We are engaged in every aspect of counterespionage, counterterrorism and security, to include state of the arts products, training and services. Ray Jarvis started his company soon after his retirement from the U.S. Marine Corps in 1979. Ray had 20 plus years of service in the Marine Corps where he was assigned duties in the counterintelligence field. Through government courses and experience Ray became an expert in the areas of Technical Intelligence Operations. Ray formed his company to provide this type of training to federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. The first courses offered where Telephone Tapping, Audio Intercept, Covert Entry and Eavesdropping Countermeasures ( TSCM ). The immediate success of our training academy presented opportunities for the company to expand into providing additional courses of instruction and other security services. Within the first two years of existence we had expanded into providing security consulting services, technical security countermeasures services, covert camera installations and investigative services to major U.S. corporations as well as some U.S. government agencies. We also expanded our training to providing specially designed courses of instructions to U.S. military special operations groups. Our latest addition to our security services is our security guard services which facilitate both patrol and on-site services for local customers. Technology is propelling our growth. We are focusing on developing and producing products that are necessary to make covert entries into high security areas possible and assist those men and woman carrying out the war on terrorism.\n\nTraining Academy:
  *The Jarvis Inc. Training Academy provides specialized technical security training for government, law enforcement and private sector. Areas of instruction include Eavesdropping Countermeasures (debugging), Video Operations, Covert Entry, Advanced Criminal Investigation School, Mobile Surveillance Strategies/Techniques, and Audio Intercept. Jarvis Inc. also offers customized training tailored to meet an agency's specific needs.
  
  Security Services:
  *We provide professional security officers for either fixed post, such as entry gates and security desks, or mobile patrols. For property managers Jarvis offers overnight security checks by citywide roving patrols. We provide security for work place violence prevention. In addition, we also provide V.I.P. and executive protection services.
  
  Video Surveillance:
  *Our technicians install overt and covert video systems for investigative operations. Jarvis Inc. technicians customize monitoring and recording systems to accommodate a client's requirements.
  
  Security Equipment:
  *Jarvis Inc. represents major manufacturers of CCTV and eavesdropping countermeasures products. We manufacture specialized products for the security industry and law enforcement. Our technicians are available for customized packaging of video applications.
