• The 108 bed campus-style facilty located on 10 acresLiving units are located on each end of the campus. Facilities on campus include classrooms-gymnasium-childrens playground-football field-vegetable garden & dining room. Maintaining a safe secure and nurturing environment for our children. Shadow Mountain operates 3 facilities in the State of Oklahoma. 24hour 7-days a week crisis intervention assessment referral & admissions-the assessment staff is comprised of therapists-psychiatric nurses -psychologists that provide confidential assessments and counsultation for psychiatric behaviorial and chemical dependency problems-then make referrals for outpatient Acute inpatient or Residential care bsed on needs. They will help determine finacial resources . Mobile assesments are available at Tulsa Metro emergency rooms.\n\nShadow Mountain Behavioral Health System provides treatment for a wide variety of psychiatric disorders-although our patients have different issues there are core components to the program that remain consistant.Every patient receives a psychiatric eveluation case management and discharge planning a well as therapeutic services such as individual group and family therapy-other services include neurological evaluation psycholgical evaluation speech assessments,medical history, physical exam, medication management, dietary all result in individualized treatment plans. Typical behaviors/diagnoses include; ADD/ADHD-Depression-Sexual/Physical Abuse-Fetal Alcohol Syndrome-Development Problems-Truancy-Learning Difficulties-Oppositional/Defiant-Eating Disorders-Fire Setting Behavior-Sexual Maladaptive Behavior-Impulse Control Disorder-Psychotic Symptoms-Substance Aduse-Harmful to self or others.
